Fronius Symo GEN24 SC Plus 8.0
THE VERSATILE HYBRID INVERTER WITH DEMAND-ORIENTED EMERGENCY POWER
In addition, the new devices offer extremely simple installation, commissioning and servicing and can be used in all systems: Proven Fronius technologies such as the Superflex design can also be found in the Primo and Symo GEN24 Plus, which now offer the ideal storage solutions for single-phase and large three-phase systems.
INTEGRATED DATA COMMUNICATION
We are the first inverter manufacturer to offer a data communication package in which data logging, WLAN, Ethernet, energy management, a web server and numerous interfaces are fully integrated. This means that the inverter is connected to the Internet via a network cable or WLAN - without additional cabling - and you have an optimal overview of the operation of the PV system. The connection to third-party components is ensured via interfaces such as Modbus TCP SunSpec, Modbus RTU SunSpec or Fronius Solar API (JSON). In addition, the open interfaces can be operated in parallel with Fronius Solar.web.
DYNAMIC PEAK MANAGER
The Dynamic Peak Manager is a new MPP tracking algorithm that dynamically adapts its behavior when searching for the optimal operating point. The special feature is that the Dynamic Peak Manager regularly checks the entire characteristic curve automatically and thus finds the global maximum power point (GMPP) even in the case of partial shading.
MULTI FLOW TECHNOLOGY
With Multi Flow Technology, various DC and AC energy flows are possible in parallel. On the one hand, energy from the modules and energy from the battery can be made available to the household at the same time. On the other hand, the energy from the modules can also be fed into the battery and the house network at the same time. Furthermore, the battery can be charged not only from the DC side, but also from the AC side (for example from existing PV systems or other energy sources such as a wind turbine). This makes the inverter suitable for AC-coupled retrofitting. The inverter manages these energy flows in such a way that the highest possible level of self-sufficiency is achieved.
SUPERFLEX DESIGN
The Fronius SuperFlex design is a sophisticated combination of technical performance features that make the design of PV systems particularly flexible and easy for you. The most important performance factors of the SuperFlex design are: Two MPP trackers in combination with the high system voltage and the wide DC input voltage range. Each DC input and therefore each MPP tracker is also able to absorb the entire inverter nominal power. Whether different roof orientations, the shading of one or two strings or the use of residual modules: with a Fronius inverter with integrated SuperFlex design, you can cover every relevant design scenario in operational PV planning practice with just one inverter model.
PV POINT
The integrated basic emergency power supply, a socket that provides emergency power, ensures that important consumers can continue to operate even in the event of a power failure. The PV Point can be used with or without storage.
