This shipping policy applies to all  pv-24.at purchased products.

We ship with Post.at (Austrian Post), DHL, DPD, Go!Express, or via freight forwarding company, curbside. Bulky items weighing more than 30 kg and hazardous goods (batteries) are shipped exclusively via freight forwarding company or courier service.

Please check shipping costs at checkout before submitting an order.

pv-24.at undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer on the checkout page.

To optimize delivery, we thank customers for providing an address to which the order can be delivered during normal business hours.

For security reasons, pv-24.at not send orders to PO boxes or military bases, nor accept orders if it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and his address.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Average delivery times to Austria: 1-3 working days
  • Average delivery times to Germany: 1-5 working days
  • Average delivery times within the EU: 5-10 working days

The estimated delivery time is stated directly in the shopping cart or on the item page. When paying via direct bank transfer (prepayment), the delivery period begins one day after the amount has been received in the bank account of pv-24.at Matthias Schiestl.

When paying by Paypal, credit card, direct bank transfer or purchase on account (corporate customers & private customers via KLARNA, SHOPPAY, AMAZONPAY), the delivery period begins one day after the day of the conclusion of the contract (see page Payment methods).

In other cases, the delivery period begins one day after receipt of the order. For bank transfers, one day after receipt of payment in our account. For delivery by freight forwarder, delays are possible that are beyond our control. The freight forwarder will contact you to arrange delivery of the goods.

You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your pickup slip with you. We cannot assist with loading. Please bring enough helpers to help with loading yourself.



CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Please note that any additional costs related to import/customs tax are to be borne by the buyer. Please check your state's regulations on importing goods as we are unable to provide these for you.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

pv-24.at will provide tracking numbers as soon as they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order has been shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will include a tracking number so you can track your order to your doorstep.

DELAYS

pv-24.at is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. In addition, pv-24.at not responsible for delays related to the courier service itself (e.g. customs clearance). Unfortunately, we have no influence on these delays. The delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If the customer is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery or if it is not possible to hand over the package to the responsible person, the product must be returned to the appropriate post office and picked up by the customer there.

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

pv-24.at will not be responsible for lost or undelivered packages or accept returns for incorrect shipping addresses. Please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase.

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

pv-24.at recommends that customers provide a secure delivery address, such as their home or workplace. pv-24 assumes no liability for lost or stolen packages if the customer's address was incorrectly provided.

SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is deemed to be completed at the time pv-24.at makes the product available to the buyer, which is done through the control system used by the courier company.
