This mobile charger enables dynamic surplus charging and charging based on the electricity price (a corresponding electricity tariff is required). With the Fronius Wattpilot, every electric car driver can decide how they want to charge their vehicle. Combined with a variable electricity tariff, this is particularly cost-effective.
The Fronius Wattpilot is available in two versions: the permanently mounted Wattpilot Home for home use and the mobile Wattpilot Go for on-the-go use. The device can be operated via the associated Solar.wattpilot app, which also provides an overview of the charging status.
The intelligent plug-and-play charging solution features two different charging modes: Eco and Next Trip Mode. The Wattpilot is also PV-optimized, allowing the car to be charged particularly cost-efficiently and sustainably using excess solar energy in ampere increments.
